Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated zero-sugar sweetener measures like sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.
  • Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
  • Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Notes

  • Do not overbake—these brownies firm up as they cool.
  • Almond flour creates a fudgier texture; all-purpose flour gives a more classic crumb.
  • Let brownies chill before cutting for the cleanest slices.
  • Choose a sweetener labeled safe for baking for best results.
