Ingredients
  

Potatoes

  • 4 medium medium potatoes Russet or Yukon Golds are recommended.

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use more or less based on your preference.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to your taste.

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into even-sized cubes or wedges.
  • Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for about 30 minutes to enhance crispiness.
  • Drain and dry the potatoes very well with a clean kitchen towel.

Cooking

  • In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Serving

  • Once cooked to your liking, take them out and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For optimal crispiness, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Consider experimenting with different seasonings and serve with various dipping sauces.
