  • 1 lb Fresh salmon fillets Look for wild-caught salmon if possible.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Helps in achieving a crispy texture.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic (powder or fresh) Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted for seasoning.
  • 1 whole Lemon For squeezing over the cooked bites.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • Rinse the fresh salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, roughly one-inch cubes.

Seasoning

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
  • Toss the salmon pieces in this mixture until well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and flaky.

Finishing Touch

  • Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheated in the air fryer.
