  • 1 cup cooked rice You can use white, brown, or any preferred type.
  • 1 cup cooked ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey) Choose your preferred meat.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Canned or fresh tomatoes can be used.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Optional Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use your favorite cheese for topping.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  • Wash the bell peppers thoroughly. Cut the tops off and remove any seeds inside.

Make the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cooked ground meat, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.

Stuff the Peppers

  • Generously fill each pepper with your meat and rice mixture, packing it down lightly with the back of a spoon.
  • Top with shredded cheese for added melty goodness, if desired.

Air Fry

  • Place the stuffed peppers upright in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for about 15-18 minutes or until they are tender and the tops are golden.

  • Carefully remove the peppers from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
