  • 1 cup Creamy parmesan spinach sauce Prepare by blending fresh spinach, parmesan cheese, cream, and seasonings.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 0.5 cup Pecorino cheese Grated.
  • 1 cup Marinated artichoke hearts Drained and chopped if large.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Preparation

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • To make the creamy sauce, blend fresh spinach, parmesan cheese, cream, and seasonings in a food processor until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembly

  • Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the prepared dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, followed by pecorino cheese.
  • Top with marinated artichoke hearts, distributing them evenly.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place your assembled pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.

Serving

  • Drizzle a little olive oil on top, slice, and serve.
