  • 200 g feta cheese Use high-quality feta for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Essential for flavor and texture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes For a mild heat.
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano Can substitute with fresh herbs if preferred.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, for garnish Chopped, for topping.
  • as needed bread or crackers, for serving Choose your favorite type of dippers.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish that fits snugly.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the feta and sprinkle with minced garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Bake the dip in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, and then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, serve warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat before serving.
