  • Lemon Dill Sauce
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare Salmon
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place lemon slices on top.
  • Bake
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internally.
  • Prepare Lemon Dill Sauce
  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Rest & Serve
  • Let salmon rest for 3–5 minutes.
  • Spoon lemon dill sauce over each fillet just before serving.
  • Garnish with extra dill or parsley if desired.
