  • 1 ripe avocado Mash and mix with lime juice.
  • 1 cucumber Slice into thick rounds.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Start with a small amount to avoid overpowering flavors.
  • to taste Salt Season the avocado mixture.
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro Can substitute with dill or parsley.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Slice cucumber into thick rounds.
  • Mash avocado in a bowl with lime juice and a pinch of salt.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.

Assembly

  • Spread mashed avocado on each cucumber slice.
  • Top with cooked shrimp and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Serve fresh to maintain cucumber crunch. Components can be prepped ahead but should be assembled just before serving.
