Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded or fresh
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings:
  • Fresh basil or arugula
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Garlic minced
  • Thinly sliced zucchini

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
  • Prepare dough:
  • Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza peel. Drizzle olive oil over the surface.
  • Add base layer:
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
  • Add toppings:
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Add lemon zest and lightly drizzle lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake:
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Finish and serve:
  • Remove from oven, top with fresh basil or arugula, and optional red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
