  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup yogurt optional
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes if using fresh cherries
  • Optional Boosters
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Protein powder
  • Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add cherries, banana, milk, yogurt (if using), and sweetener into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
