- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper
- For the chipotle ranch sauce:
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 chipotle pepper minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- For the burrito:
- Large flour tortillas
- Cooked rice
- Black beans
- Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- Lettuce or pico de gallo
