Ingredients
  

  • * 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • * 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • * 3 cloves garlic minced
  • * 1 cup heavy cream
  • * ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • * ½ cup chicken broth
  • * ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • * 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • * Salt to taste
  • * Black pepper to taste
  • * Optional: red pepper flakes butter

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden, then remove.
  • In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Stir in fresh basil and serve.
