  • 2 medium zucchinis Thinly sliced for optimal crispiness
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the zucchinis. Slice them thinly—about 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the zucchini slices in the cheese mixture until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place a single layer of coated zucchini slices in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for crispiness. If they are not golden brown and crispy, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Let the chips cool for a few minutes to crisp up further. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Slice zucchini evenly to ensure all chips cook at the same rate. Experiment with different spices for varied flavors. Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
