Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 4 large tortillas flour or whole wheat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • Optional: shredded lettuce diced tomatoes, red onion

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix chicken with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Lay tortillas flat and add BBQ chicken mixture to the center.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and add optional fillings if desired.
  • Fold in sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter.
  • Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve.

  • Avoid overfilling to ensure wraps stay sealed.
  • Use medium heat to prevent burning.
  • Add fresh toppings after cooking for better texture.
  • Reheat in a skillet or air fryer for best crispiness.
