Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef Browned before adding to the crock pot.
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add just before serving.
  • 1 cup milk Stir in after cooking.
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat before transferring it to the Crock Pot.
  • Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and onion over the browned meat.
  • Pour in the beef broth to the mixture.
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • After cooking, stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  • Ladle the soup into bowls and sprinkle more cheese on top if desired.

Notes

For additional vegetables like bell peppers or corn for nutrition. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat gently and add milk or broth for desired consistency.
