Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 –2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pink and blue food coloring
  • Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and cotton candy flavoring.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  • Divide dough into two portions and color one pink and one blue.
  • Gently swirl doughs together without fully mixing.
  • Scoop onto baking sheets, spacing evenly.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  • Cool on pan briefly, then transfer to a rack.
