Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 cups high-quality chocolate dark, semi-sweet, or milk, chopped
  • 1 –2 teaspoons culinary dried lavender finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or cocoa butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Finely grind the dried lavender using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave (20–30 second intervals) or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in the ground lavender and mix well.
  • Add coconut oil if needed for a smoother texture.
  • Transfer chocolate to a piping bag or use a spoon.
  • Pipe small chip-sized dots onto parchment paper.
  • Let set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  • Remove chips and store in an airtight container.

  • Use culinary-grade lavender only.
  • Avoid adding too much lavender to prevent a bitter or soapy taste.
