  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup apples, peeled and chopped

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Notes

Choose crisp apple varieties for the best result. You can enhance the muffins with raisins or nuts and experiment with spices like nutmeg or ginger.
