Ingredients
  

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: cilantro for garnish
  • Optional: extra cheese cheddar or gouda
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush edges with olive oil.
  • Spread BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  • Add cooked chicken evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously.
  • Add sliced red onions.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).
  • Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve.
