Ingredients
  

For the popsicles

  • 2 cups green fruit puree (e.g., kiwi, green apple) Use a combination or choose one type.
  • 1 cup chocolate candy melts For dipping and decorating.
  • 12 pieces candy eyes For decoration.

Preparation

  • Select your fruits: Wash and prep fruits like sweet green apples or kiwi.
  • Blend the chosen fruits until smooth to create your green fruit puree.

Assembly

  • Fill your popsicle molds with the green fruit puree, leaving some space at the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks in the center of the molds.

Freezing

  • Freeze your molds for at least four hours or until completely solid.

Decoration

  • Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Remove the popsicles from their molds and dip the tops in the melted chocolate.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, add candy eyes and draw hair using additional melted chocolate.
  • Get creative with sprinkles for extra flair!

Serving

  • Present your popsicles upright in a container filled with ice or directly on a decorative platter.

Notes

Store your popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks, separated with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
