Frankenstein-Themed Popsicles
These DIY Frankenstein-themed popsicles are a fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween parties, guaranteed to impress guests with their vibrant green color and playful decorations.
Ingredients
For the popsicles
- 2 cups green fruit puree (e.g., kiwi, green apple) Use a combination or choose one type.
- 1 cup chocolate candy melts For dipping and decorating.
- 12 pieces candy eyes For decoration.

Instructions
Preparation
- Select your fruits: Wash and prep fruits like sweet green apples or kiwi.
- Blend the chosen fruits until smooth to create your green fruit puree.
Assembly
- Fill your popsicle molds with the green fruit puree, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks in the center of the molds.
Freezing
- Freeze your molds for at least four hours or until completely solid.
Decoration
- Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Remove the popsicles from their molds and dip the tops in the melted chocolate.
- While the chocolate is still wet, add candy eyes and draw hair using additional melted chocolate.
