- 12 oz pasta rotini, bowtie, or penne
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup corn fresh, canned, or frozen
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- For the dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta:
