Preparation
Prepare a muffin tin: Line each cup with muffin liners for easy removal or spray with cooking spray.

Fill the muffin cups: Spoon the mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Notes
