Preparation

  • Prepare a muffin tin: Line each cup with muffin liners for easy removal or spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix the yogurt: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add fruit: Gently fold in your chosen fruit.
  • Fill the muffin cups: Spoon the mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Serving

  • Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the tin by peeling off the liners.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for better flavor, and don't skip the vanilla extract. These can be made in batches and stored for easy snacks.
