  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • ½ cup salsa verde
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese

  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Coat the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
