- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed optional
- ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Prep
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stir peanut butter well before measuring.
Mix
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup).
Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
