  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out thawed puff pastry and cut into 4–6 equal squares.
  • Add a spoonful of cherry filling to the center of each square.
