Ingredients
  

  • cups milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries mashed or chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: graham cracker crumbs extra strawberries, whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Stir well to evenly distribute chia seeds.
  • Let mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Fold in Greek yogurt and mashed strawberries.
  • Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  • Stir before serving.
  • Add toppings like graham cracker crumbs or fresh strawberries if desired.
  • Serve chilled.
