Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice about 4–6 limes
  • 3 –4 cups cold water
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint optional, for garnish
  • Lime slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull strawberries.
  • Juice fresh limes and set aside.
  • Add strawberries, lime juice, sweetener, and 1 cup of water to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Add remaining water and blend briefly to combine.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer if a smoother texture is desired (optional).
  • Pour into a pitcher and serve over ice.
  • Garnish with lime slices, strawberries, or fresh mint.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor (optional).
