Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
  • 2 –3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add fruit to a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened and juicy.
  • Mash fruit to your desired consistency.
  • Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Let cool completely, then transfer to a jar.
  • Refrigerate before serving.
