This chia seed jam is a healthy, low-sugar alternative to traditional jam made with fresh fruit and natural ingredients. Quick, easy, and ready in minutes, it’s perfect for spreading on toast, adding to yogurt, or meal prepping.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
- 2 –3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add fruit to a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened and juicy.
Mash fruit to your desired consistency.
Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Let cool completely, then transfer to a jar.
Refrigerate before serving.
