Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chex cereal rice or corn
  • 2 cups mini pretzels twists or sticks
  • 3 cups popcorn air-popped or lightly salted
  • cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 –2 drops green food coloring optional

  • 1 cup green candy-coated chocolates M&M-style
  • Gold sprinkles or gold chocolate coins optional

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet or countertop with parchment paper.
  • Add cereal, pretzels, and popcorn to a very large mixing bowl. Gently toss to combine.
  • Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • If using, stir in green food coloring.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the snack mix.
  • Gently toss until everything is lightly and evenly coated.
  • Spread mixture onto prepared parchment in an even layer.
  • Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, green candies, and gold sprinkles on top.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, until chocolate is fully set.
  • Break into bite-sized clusters and serve.

Notes

  • Add toppings right away—once chocolate sets, they won’t stick.
  • Avoid overheating chocolate to prevent seizing.
  • For extra crunch, use slightly stale popcorn.
