Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes Choose slightly soft mangoes for sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Optional, but adds a nice zing.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice the mangoes in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into your blender or food processor. If using, add lime juice.

Blending

  • Pulse the mango until it becomes a silky puree. Blend longer for a creamier texture, ensuring no lumps remain.

Freezing

  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover and freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.

Serving

  • Use a spoon or ice cream scooper to serve the mango sorbet into chilled bowls. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider blending in mint leaves or using pineapple. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
