- 2 cups mango peeled and chopped
- 2 cups strawberries hulled
- 1/2 cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
Make simple syrup:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves, then let cool.
Blend fruit:
Add mango, strawberries, and citrus juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Combine and chill:

Freeze:
