- For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- For the Cream Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- For the Orange Layer:
- 1 box 3 oz orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Optional Toppings:
- Orange zest
- Whipped cream
- White chocolate drizzle
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a lined 9x9-inch pan. Chill in the fridge.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until creamy. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Let cool slightly, then fold in whipped topping.
Pour the orange mixture over the cream layer and spread gently.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Slice into bars and garnish with optional toppings before serving.
