  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter No added sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener For pudding

Toppings

  • 1 cup frozen berries Or fresh
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve sweetener For topping
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, powdered peanut butter, and Swerve sweetener.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes.
  • After resting, stir again to break up any clumps.

Refrigeration

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer it to individual jars, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, scoop out the pudding, top it with frozen or fresh berries, and sprinkle with additional Swerve sweetener to taste.

Notes
