Cake Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Make sure it's at room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet or your preferred type.
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Mixing the Batter

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate cake mix, peanut butter, and milk until smooth. The batter will be thick and creamy.

Layering

  • Pour half of the batter into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups over the batter.
  • Pour the remaining batter over the top, gently spreading it out to cover the candies.

Baking

  • Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Serving

  • Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool before serving. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For the best results, don’t overmix the batter. Consider serving it warm with ice cream or drizzling melted chocolate on top.
