These Pot O’ Gold Cups are a fun, no-bake St. Patrick’s Day dessert made with chocolate, creamy pudding, and festive gold coin toppings. Easy to assemble, kid-friendly, and perfect for parties, classrooms, and holiday dessert tables.

- 8 –10 chocolate peanut butter cups or chocolate candy cups unwrapped
- 4 –6 vanilla or chocolate pudding cups chilled
- Green frosting or whipped topping for decorating
- Gold chocolate coins for topping
- Green sprinkles or sanding sugar optional
- Chocolate syrup optional, for drizzling
Place one chocolate peanut butter cup in the bottom of each small clear cup or liner.
Spoon pudding on top, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Smooth the surface gently with the back of a spoon.
Pipe or spoon a small swirl of green frosting or whipped topping on top.
Add one or two gold chocolate coins standing upright to resemble a “pot of gold.”
Finish with green sprinkles or a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes before serving.
