  • 2 lemons Juice of 2 lemons Freshly squeezed is best
  • ½ cup sugar Adjust based on your preferred sweetness
  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • In your blender, add the raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and ice. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth, slushy consistency.
  • Give it a quick taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add a bit more sugar and blend again. You can also add more lemon juice for an extra zing!
  • Pour the slushie into tall glasses, add a straw, and garnish with a few whole raspberries or a sprig of mint, if desired.
