Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk or coconut water
  • ½ cup yogurt optional
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Optional Boosters
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Spinach
  • Protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add raspberries, lime juice, banana, milk or coconut water, yogurt (if using), and sweetener into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice to preference.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

  • Use frozen raspberries for a thicker, colder smoothie.
