Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional additions:
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh oregano
  • Lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the parsley (and oregano if using) and place in a bowl.
  • Add minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Let the sauce rest for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.

Notes

  • Use only fresh herbs for the best flavor and color.
  • Keep the texture slightly chunky—do not over-blend.
  • Adjust lemon juice to control acidity.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
