Ingredients
  

For the Tea Base

  • 1.5 cups filtered water For boiling to brew tea
  • 4 cups filtered water To dilute the sweet tea
  • 4 bags organic raspberry leaf tea Can substitute with other tea types if desired
  • 1/4 cup mild and light-colored honey Adjust sweetness according to taste

For the Fruit

  • 3 medium-size organic peaches Thinly sliced, skin can remain on for added texture

For Serving

  • 3-4 cups ice For serving the tea cold

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the fresh peaches, leaving the skin on if desired for added color and texture.
  • In a saucepan, bring 1 ½ cups of filtered water to a boil.
  • Once boiling, remove the pot from heat, add the raspberry leaf tea bags and steep for about 10 minutes.
  • After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  • In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea with 4 cups of filtered water and add the sliced peaches.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the chilled tea over ice in glasses. Optionally, garnish with additional peach slices or fresh mint.

Notes

Store leftover tea in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Dilute with additional water or ice if the flavor intensifies.
