- 3 –4 oranges peeled and segmented
- Citrus Syrup:

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Wash and slice strawberries; peel and segment oranges.
In a saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, and honey.
Heat over medium-low for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in orange zest and let syrup cool completely.
In a bowl, combine strawberries and oranges.
Pour cooled syrup over fruit.
