- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 –3 tbsp strawberry puree or milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
- Optional Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan.
In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth.
Fold in optional add-ins if using.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 18–25 minutes until set.
Let cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar with strawberry puree or milk to make glaze.
Spread glaze over brownies, let set, then slice and serve.
