Ingredients
  

  • For the Brownies:
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tbsp strawberry puree or milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth.
  • Fold in optional add-ins if using.
  • Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 18–25 minutes until set.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Mix powdered sugar with strawberry puree or milk to make glaze.
  • Spread glaze over brownies, let set, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep brownies soft and chewy.
  • Let brownies cool fully before glazing.
  • Adjust glaze thickness as desired.
  • Store at room temperature for 3 days or refrigerate up to 1 week.
  • Freeze up to 2 months for longer storage.
