  • cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Juice of ½–1 lemon
  • ½ cup yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • ¼ –½ cup milk or coconut water
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Toppings
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Lemon zest
  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Sliced banana

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen strawberries, banana, lemon juice, yogurt, milk or coconut water, and sweetener into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more liquid or frozen fruit.
  • Pour into a bowl and smooth the top.
  • Add toppings and serve immediately.
