- 1½ cups frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- Juice of ½–1 lemon
- ½ cup yogurt or dairy-free alternative
- ¼ –½ cup milk or coconut water
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
- Toppings
- Fresh strawberries
- Lemon zest
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
- Sliced banana
Add frozen strawberries, banana, lemon juice, yogurt, milk or coconut water, and sweetener into a blender.
Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if needed.
Adjust consistency by adding more liquid or frozen fruit.
