  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey optional
  • Ice cubes if using fresh fruit
  • Optional Boosters
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Protein powder
  • Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries, mango, milk, yogurt (if using), and honey into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
