  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley Additional parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Lightly warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
  • Roll each tortilla into a cone shape and secure the edge with a toothpick.

Filling

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella with chopped parsley.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture into each tortilla cone.

Cooking

  • Arrange the filled cones on a baking tray and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas turn golden.
  • Alternatively, fry the cones in hot oil until golden brown.

Serving

  • Let the cones cool for a minute, then serve hot, garnished with extra parsley and a dipping sauce of your choice.
