  • Clear a space on your countertop and gather all your ingredients and tools, including a cutting board and knife.
  • If using cream cheese or hummus, spread an even layer across your tortilla or lettuce leaf.
  • Begin with a slice of turkey breast followed by a slice of cheddar cheese. Then, add strips of cucumber or bell pepper for crunch.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla or lettuce tightly until fully wrapped.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick.
  • These can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container in the fridge for later.

Notes

Choose whole wheat tortillas for more fiber, or try flavored tortillas for a twist. Add herbs and spices for more flavor. These can also be frozen for longer storage.
