  • 3 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Toppings

  • Coconut flakes
  • Chopped almonds or pistachios
  • Granola

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas, slice them into coins, and freeze them for 2–3 hours until completely firm.
  • Add the following ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor:
  • Frozen banana slices
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Pomegranate juice
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and creamy.
  • Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything mixes evenly.
  • Blend until the mixture reaches a soft-serve ice cream consistency.
  • Serve immediately for a soft texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoopable texture.
  • Top with extra pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts before serving.
