- 4 cups fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups graham crackers or vanilla cookies crushed
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13 dish to form a crust. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
Prepare pudding by whisking mix with cold milk until thick.
Spread pudding evenly over the cream layer.
Add a layer of mixed berries.
Spread remaining whipped topping over the berries.
Top with extra berries for decoration.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
