  • Start by cubing the watermelon and dicing the cucumber. Make sure the pieces are relatively uniform for an appealing look.

  • Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper. Be cautious with the salt, as feta is already salty.
  • For the best flavor, let the salad chill for about 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
