  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest optional
  • Pantry Staples & Optional Toppings
  • Fresh mint leaves optional garnish
  • Shredded coconut or granola optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Watermelon
  • Slice watermelon into 1–1½ inch thick round slices.
  • Pat the surface dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Prepare the Base
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt or cream cheese with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Assemble the Pizza
  • Spread the creamy base evenly over the watermelon slice, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Arrange fresh fruit toppings evenly over the top.
  • Finish & Serve
  • Sprinkle with optional toppings like coconut or granola.
  • Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  • Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
