- 8 oz block feta cheese in brine, crumbled
- ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- Flavor Base & Enhancers
- 2 –3 tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
- 1 –2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- Pantry Staples
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste (usually not needed)
Prep
Crumble feta cheese.
Juice lemon and mince garlic.
Blend
Add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper to a food processor.
Blend for 1–2 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
Adjust & Finish
Continue blending until smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
Taste and adjust lemon juice or pepper if needed.
Serve
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, or serve immediately.
